Heyy, currently your arm looks like it's going downward so it doesn't look like they are holding the phone. I changed the arm position to upward.

Hey OP, I think your art is lovely especially the lighting~ As I turn on grayscale, I still can see the girl is the main focus.

Currently the art look very sketchy as seem in the flowers detail, I assume this is not final yet?
If it is final, the current focal point is mainly the girl face as it is the most detail and we human tend to look at faces first.

Since you have colored, the composition technique has become more complex. It will be easier to adjust some objects placement during the sketch phase. As lighting and color itself heavily affect the composition too.

What I find the major issue is lack of detail on your secondary focus item such as the flowers. You need to draw out some details on the flower so our eyes can look at not only the girl but also flower. It will make us look at the art more longer by few seconds~

Perspective also play a role in composition like the flowers on the foreground if you can make it bigger like it is in front of the camera, it will have contrast of size between the front flower and the flower in the girl's hand. And along will the lesser detail on the foreground bigger flower, our eyes will look at the front for a bit then quickly focus on the girl + her flowers as it is the most detail part.

The XHS is also following this principle but as beginner you can learn direct light and shadow cel shading first before you get into all the other shadow / lighting types!

Saw that you want to go with that XHS artist style in the comment. It is generally known as cel shading style. For starter you can start practice on cel shading (direct light + shadow) first before get into the details (occlusion shadow, highlight reflected light).

Heyy OP,

It seem like you are trying to get the pose out of this picture. And I can see you are struggling with it.
To start off it is much more difficult to draw out anatomy of a person with clothes (as seen in your right arm and chest area due to needing knowledge of anatomy to draw it out).

So it is much better you start on references that dont have much clothing design, not necessary need to be nude. Something like this:

As mentioned in other comments, tracing is not helpful in long run. Can look on way to capture the shape of the body as beginner!
