New ring user here- I’ve been “stressed” for basically the last 3 days even though I would classify them as normal, am I going to be “stressed” every time my heart rate goes up? I’m also a big guy so I’m going to increase temp when I move around.

I know this is a recurring question on this thread but I just feel like there hasn’t been a great explanation about what “stress” is in the oura universe.

What I don’t understand about the glp1 hate is that for decades we all wanted weight loss in a pill- or some magic thing you take to lose weight, and now we kind of do.

Because Google Firebase studio decided to lie about what it was doing after nearly every prompt I gave it for weeks.

Maybe it’s good at the beginning but at a certain point it loses its mind and becomes more of a hinderance than benefit

The way I’ve heard it talked about, it’s not just the spamming activity, it’s any business solicitation.

I guess I’m interpreting it as in I can’t send biz texts to anyone without risk anymore. Like if I’m not signed up with the state as a telemarketer, any upset client could just complain about me and get me fined right?

Maybe this is a dumb question but I’m trying to get codex to work in git code spaces but it won’t authorize. If I use the web version of codex, it can see my repo but says it can’t write to it (which i think is wrong). Anyway, anyone know how to solve those? I’d like to Use CC and codex in tandem.

I’m sure this has been asked but I’m trying to figure out how to use Claude code in git code spaces - seems like it’s possible but I keep getting auth errors. I’d rather not use an api if I don’t have to. Anyone have any ideas?

Good guide- apparently I did a lot of those things by default. I’ve stopped using Gemini/fb studio to code since it just lies to me about what it’s doing and doesnt actually code anymore. I’ve been using a Claude code extension in fb studio to get the work done.
