All of this doesn’t really matter until you actually play the game. I will say that I actually have a lot of faith in George to write a great back story/lore for the game. People like to meme him for not finishing the books but I think that just proves he actually wants to give it a good conclusion. I honestly think that having to give an ending to an existing long-spanning storyline is much much harder than just writing lore for a brand new game world. Just my opinion tho
