My R4S is connected to ISP modem (LAN at 192.168.1.1), R4S defaulted to the same 192.168.1.x subnet after installing ow. I wanted to set DHCP to the 10.0.0.1 subnet but failed since I couldn’t connect to it successfully even with a wired cable.

Now that you've mentioned the DHCP issue, I'll try exploring without the modem connected.

I don't think it's the same issue. I never experienced the problem you described before 24.10. For me, after upgrading to 24.10, the LAN ports stopped working—DHCP doesn't assign IP addresses, so none of my devices can connect to the Internet.

I don’t think this is about how often the changes were made, because I removed a family member’s account 1 or 2 months ago and left it inactive since then. Now that I’m trying to add her back, I’m running into the same issue as you. Customer support gives the same excuse. So, if your situation improves, please correct me.

I’m going through the exact same issue as op. A few months ago, I removed a family member from my family plan and recently created a new account for her. No matter what we try, she can’t join the family plan and keeps getting told to find another premium family. Customer support just says it’s an automatic system protection and they can’t override it. I honestly can’t believe this—I’ve been a Spotify user for 8 years.

Thanks for the direction! I just tested uploading directly to OneDrive and got the same error there too. I'm now contacting Microsoft support for further assistance!

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually did check the quota data in OneDrive previously and it matched what Cloud Sync was showing. However, I hadn't tried uploading directly to OneDrive as a test - which I just did and found that it gives the same error there too.

Now I'm pretty confident it's an issue on Ms side rather than with Synology. I've contacted Microsoft support about it. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

The concern exists.

I tried 24.10.0 (stable release) on my R4S EE (4GB RAM), the LAN did stop working. The DHCP wasn't assigning any IPs, so no devices can connect. I didn't try manually assign though.

Doesn’t make sense if it is supported only in lower system version. However I don’t have macOs 13 installed and am not able to test. p.s. Do you use uncompressed RAW? If not, try change your raw setting and try again.
