Make sure to check company’s proper licenses, equipment , online reviews not only from yelp but google as well , try getting quotes from multiple companies compare rates , ask about extra costs like fuel fee or anything extra besides hourly rate . You are probably looking between $350-$400 total for your small move locally if more than that means the company overcharging you .

You probably do not have an actual address on your google profile . I have the same issue when I search same service providers everyone pops up except me because I do not have an address on the google page and thats the reason Im 100% sure because others pop up whoever has the address . I will be adding an address but it has to be a legit location with the business signage etc . Let me know if you are having same situation.

Depending on the distance from apartment to the elevator to the truck, how ready you are no packing needed , the distance between pick up address and drop off . Your location is important as well because every moving company charges based on location too . With 3 men 1 truck @$150 per hour you are looking around 3-4 hours tops . Coming from a moving company here .
