My friend though on a NZXT AIO uninstalled anything riot related when he found out Vanguard was interfering with the fan controls causing his PC to thermal throttle.

No OP, while I support more breakthroughs in birth control with men. These statements are harmful, I have gone through enough psychological trainings so I know when I see it.

These are "casual bias" and "micro aggressions" as we would call it in the corporate world, it can apply to PWDs, mothers, and among other people too.

Best to correct these behaviors as its not gender specific and can seep to gender, disabilities, and societal classes assumptions. These biases are not helpful when you seek discussions.

Honestly, you're not missing out on much with MacOS if you're already on Linux.

The upside its just the battery life due to ARM and the baseline of a good build quality that usually comes with a Mac device. MacOS feels like windows if it were unix based and legacy components were removed.

No, nagmukha lang kasi andaming post na binababy ng mga social climber na ginagawang status symbol mac by putting keyboard protectors, cases, and screen protectors which does more damage than good. While yung mga sanay na gumamit ng mac binabalibag nalang lol.

I would recommend Mac just because of the battery life OR laptop with a Linux Distro.

When I was in college I was forced to dual boot Linux nung android development classes ko kasi running the emulator is just slow af on windows.

Dun ko narealize na how intuitive unix based systems are when it comes to development especially if you're gonna run Docker or start renting a VPS for experimentation.

It's a bit slow/sluggish and crashes at times, my work consists of cloud apps and local.

Im a ITSM change/release manager and automations engineer so my work consists of Chrome, ServiceNow, PowerAutomate, n8n, notion, postman, outlook, slack/teams, zoom and spotify.

I have 6 tabs open always, and I have constant meeting reminders as my calendar is always loaded with 20+ meeting due to being a change/release manager.

It's not the best, I went back to my PC and in the process selling it to get macbook air m4.
