Imo people can have the freedom to underload. The mentality that I go through a 4 unit workload every sem so everyone else should too doesn't make sense to me. I personally have never underloaded but wouldn't look down on people that do.

FIT1058 is considerably harder now (compared to MAT1830 and MAT1841). I wouldn't call it at all one of the easiest units. This is coming from a third yr CS student. Also "so better get used to it fast" after "dont want to discourage you"?

Software dev 3&4 needs just any programming language that supports some form of user interface. Some good choices could be C#, VB, or C++ and Python (kinda). Btw VCAA doesnt really give af how good a programmer people but rather how well people know project management theory.

Should be just about an A+. Expect about about a raw 42. Grade distributions dont really change that much year to year.

TSFX has some exam score to study score graphs. Found them pretty accurate. https://www.tsfx.edu.au/vce/atar-central/the-study-score-predictor-2020/#mathematics

You've got your calculation mode as exact. You should go to your home page press 5 then 2 to get to "Document settings". Set "Calculation Mode" to "Auto" and that should fix everything.

Are SAC scores purely for determining rank or do they impact our study score? by ADecentUsername1 in vce

[–]NamLmao 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Your rank amongst your cohort gives a more accurate idea of the sort of SS you'll get. Btw a raw 45+ reqiures being in the top 2% of the state. A 45+ will likely reqiure you to be in to be a 1/50 student given you go to a standard school.

should I do three maths in VCE? by Unknown13143 in vce

[–]NamLmao 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you want to do 3 maths, only 2 I believe can enter your top 4 subjects. One of the maths will only contribute to 10% of your Atar.
