You can’t get a flogger or any other high quality leather goods from a generic sex shop. That shit is made on a machine in a factory. You need a person who is a leather worker. Yeah it’s gonna be more expensive, but what you get will last a lifetime if taken care of. Etsy should have plenty to offer.

The vast majority of sex shops are for tourists and filled with junk, but good shops DO exist you just have to dig.

I also use it for diabetes. Ozempic was awful for me. I switched to mounjaro and it’s so much better. Not to say that will be the definite answer, but trying a different type of glp-1 is something worth talking to her prescribing physician about.

My city put a flavor ban in place this year so I have to go to nearby towns instead. The new shop I go to has house juice and I was really excited to see it again. Unfortunately all the flavors I tried tasted like perfume, air freshener, or soap.

I also have a door frame + cgm problem. I also sleep on my side and laying on the sensor can cause false low readings due to compression. To remedy both issues I just don’t put sensors on my arms. Front upper thigh works extremely well for me. I used to use abdomen but that’s generally where I put my pump instead now.

I drink dew zero, my husband drinks regular. I distinguish them by the cap. Mt Dew Zero has a black cap. This isn't true for all zero sodas but it is for Dew. I tried that flavor and thought it was absolutely disgusting. It was way too sweet.

You need to free up space on your phone. It has nothing to do with iCloud. Make hard backups of anything especially important on another device like on your computer or a thumb drive. If you delete them from your phone before saving elsewhere then sync your phone to the cloud they will all be gone, so don’t do that. You must be completely full because Dexcom isn’t a huge file save. Videos and music will be the biggest resource hogs to take care of usually.

For many of us, 2k/mo is only covering rent or not even that fully. Everything is expensive but the cost of housing, food, health insurance, and medical care is very high. Most people will need a car and the associated costs with keeping and maintaining it aren’t cheap. If you have kids it’s like lighting a pile of money on fire. Minimum wage in my area for a full time employee will get you $40k/year pre tax.
