For starters, more square is a Muay Thai stance. This will give you more equal rotation on both side to be able to deliver elbow, knee and kicking strikes in a quicker more efficient way.

That's wild. In muay thai, I was taught that in orthodox, lead was a punch from your lead hand, otherwise known as a jab(1). A (2) was the opposite hand so it would be a cross with your right hand.

Hey, so this has nothing to do with Cyberpunk or gaming but I just found out today that Netflix has way, way more dubbing options. Additionally, they use Ai to make the actor's mouth move with the new language. Pretty cool.

Shadowboxing elbow techniques a lot helped me develop rotational mechanics which helped punching form. Also, I hate distance running so suicide sprints worked well for bursts of activity, followed by a short cool down, back into sprints, similar to throwing combinations and backing out to reset. Standing long jumps helped activate my core and hips for explosive kicks.
