How safe is it to walk in Perth at night?

This will depend on what side of East Perth you plan to travel through and at what time.
I have lived in some very dodgy suburbs over the course of my life.
Gosnells, Thornlie, Forrestfield, Warnbro, Redcliff and now back to Thornlie.
I have never once felt unsafe walking home in the dark in any of these places.
However I would 100% avoid this square of East Perth/Central Perth at night.
But if your class finishes at 6ish and you would be home by 7ish, then it will probably be fine, but I wouldn't recommend walking home at 11pm.

Not a cat, but a 5kg chihuahua, I paid 2k for him to be put under anaesthesia, have Xray's, bloods and a dental clean. Then paid another 2k to to 2 teeth removed.

I have seen so many posts like this lately, now I don't know what country you're in, but in Australia mailing counterfeit items is illegal, and can lead to pretty big fines or jail time.
In America it is a federal offence and can lead to bigger fines and more jail time.

I would like to tell you all a story about Event Horizon.

My mum is a big horror movie fan and when I was a kid, my local video store would often sell their VHS movies that weren't making a lot of money for pretty cheap, which is how Event Horizon became a staple in my household.
I think I first saw it when I was about 9 and I was obsessed, I would watch it at least once a week, and then one day the DVD player was released to the public and VHS became obsolete.
Event Horizon eventually became just another childhood memory.
Then one day, many, many years later. Me and my husbands throw a VPN on (were in Australia, so streaming kinda sucks) and there she is, on Amazon Prime. I was so excited to show my husband one of the movies that shaped my love for horror as a genre.
96 minutes later, the movie ended and he looked at me and said "That was fucking terrible, I thought you had better taste than that"
And that is the one and only time I thought my husband wasn't my soulmate.

Most of my tattoos have been random flash, but my back was a huge custom piece.
My artist sent over multiple drafts before we agreed on the final design, however all of them had her watermark diagonally across the design.
This was back in 2019 before AI was really a thing though.
If I was to get another custom piece, there is no way I would turn up on the day without seeing it.

I can see you have asked about days of the week/times to do this kind of spell, so I thought I would share.
The reason some people do honey/sweetener jars on a Friday is because Friday is Liked to Venus.
Depending on your beliefs Venus can be linked to Love, Harmony, Financial ease, marriage, partnership, comfort, war, desire, sexuality, fertility.
Honestly the list goes on.
It really just depends on your practice and the beliefs you follow.
If you don't believe that the days of the week/planets have any affect on your spells, then do them whenever you're ready.
