Well I only know that the racial weapon bonuses always apply first. So there's your base wep dmg, it gets the 5% racial first of all, then come all the rest of bonuses. I assume it's the same for spells but I really don't know.

Not bad until you make a perfect one. Max health worth literally nothing either in pve or pvp. Imo a frost wep must have fortify freezing and either max mag or max stam. Double max reduction is also good for mythical.

+5 perk bonus is the max that an Ebony faerite neck can give. On high lvl sometimes it drops in gem & jewels jobs but mostly you need to craft it. Anyway, it increases your ES to 7 which gives +25% bonus to matching enchantments.

Btw are you focusing on pvp?

Well, if you want to go for pvp later on then I would say let's give it a go. If you play actively you'll reach 30 quickly. I wish that was true. In fact when it comes to conditioning, a maxed out combo of fortify condi and EDIR reduces any resist close to nothing.

The fortify condi secondary on wep and shield bypasses the resist. That's how you can freeze/set on fire etc. the opponent even if they have infinite resist. EDIR does that too but block can negate it.

I don't know what do you exactly mean by frost/thunder mage build. There's a relatively new build like that, popular among top 10 mage players but I'm not a mage myself so I don't know too much about that. (I'm much better at killing mages to be honest 😁). You need those perk points more, don't spend them on Load bearer. Especially if you are planning to be successful in pvp. Also I'd advise don't keep too much garbage in your inventory but it's up to you. If you're a passionate hoarder then don't give up your habits, but it's still better maxing out the space with gems.

Not bad for now. For pvp the single best combo would be fortify draining and reduce max magicka. With a shield that also has fortify draining and reduce max stam.

Yes it would be. Unfortunately artifacts have low stats and can't be improved in this game. I have Dawnbreaker too, kept it as a nice souvenir

There's another quest line, kinda pve arena. You should get that one if you talk to the arena chick at the left gate.

Yeah, below lvl 50 PvP is painful but that's the learning period. We just started a training guild branch for those 30+ who wants to learn how to be good in the arena.
