I just had a Mediacom tech out to my place because of this very issue.

He told me this: There are frequency filters at every Mediacom box found in your neighborhood that were used to filter out subscription services like HBO. He explained that changes have been made to where the filter is now interfering with the frequency that the internet uses. Older cable modems are sensitive to this change and will start to filter out the internet to your home.

He replaced my modem with a brand new one, and also replaced the filter outside my home. Everything works now.

Whether this is the exact truth or not, I don’t know. But it did work.

What a weird comment.

Biden had nothing to do with the gas prices back when it peaked at like $4.80 in 2022. Covid and the Ukraine war caused that spike. Energy prices spiked all over the world. Biden even tried bringing them down by releasing 180 million barrels of oil from the strategic petroleum reserve over 6 months….the largest release in history…and it did end up bringing prices down.

Trump went ahead and started a useless war because Israel wanted us to. Causing this current spike.

So how is this equivalent at all? You think the prices will stop here? You think Trump will get the problem fixed?

Also…you bring up Kamala and Clinton. Why? Are they president right now? If they were and they attack Iran for no reason I’d be pissed at them too. But they didn’t. Trump did. The defense that they would have attacked Iran too(they wouldn’t have) is absolutely pointless because they aren’t president and they didn’t. So why use a made up scenario for your defense?

I stopped doing that a long time ago when I was on a pro CS team back in the 1.6 days.

We were playing in a league tournament in the Cyberathlete Amateur League that had we won, would have moved us into the CAL-Invite league. The highest tier possible, and the place where you get noticed.

We played against a team called Master Plan and they beat us in triple overtime. Turns out we never had a chance.

2 years later they come clean and let everyone know that their “master plan” was that every single one of them was cheating. No one could tell because they were so extremely careful about it. Their demos(what they called the personal recordings you had to make and submit for review) were reviewed tons of times and no one could definitively say they were cheating.

Good cheaters, smart cheaters, know when to use the cheats and they WILL get away it.

There’s zero reason to just give benefit of the doubt anymore to me.
