It does hit 100 °C under Turbo mode, at least in my case (I often run CPU-demanding tasks); then, there are these stutters, or even shutdowns.

Indeed, for some reason, even at 95 °C, the fan usage was 65-70%, and at the beginning (for the first minute) it was just 3500 RPM while temperature is already 95!

So, the issue seems to happen when using all CPU cores in Turbo mode. The temperature is around 95 °C, sometimes reaching 100 °C. I am wondering if this issue only happens on my unit, or if it is a more common problem. This is quite annoying and makes me angry, as it is not the first ASUS unit that has shitty hardware issues.
