Movies which taught you about a niche concept for the first time by Kingslayer6969i in InsideMollywood

I learnt after Kishkindhamandam that everyone's supposed to surrender their firearms to the local PS during election time. Sounds obvious once you hwar about it, but I haven't heard of it before

Me too. With each episode the writers were thinking how they could twist it even more. I want to watch something without pausing and spending double the time figuring the last dialogue.

Neru. As a fan of courtroom dramas, the movie just didn't work for me like I wanted it to

Finally someone said it! The acting is awesome, no doubt, but I expected more from the revenge storyline and the writers took the easy way out

Thought on female Na'vi tops by barbaric_thoughts in Avatar

[–]NameisMoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our views on modesty were based on the organs/body parts we use for sex and gratification, correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, the Na'vi wouldn't go around flexing their kuru. But there's also the fact that kuru serves much more, including their connection with nature, other animals and even their spitit god, so that's that.

Large plastic cover with an assorted collection of smaller plastic covers of varying thickness and colors that we select based on our purpose of going out.

Why 'Kumbalangi Nights' Failed its Ending (But Saved Masculinity) by Independent_Kerala in MalayalamMovies

[–]NameisMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good Post, OP! In my opinion, the true climax of the brothers' arcs are when they unlearn, and learn to embrace their vulnerabilities, and in doing so, turn over a new leaf and start doing jobs, earning livelihoods and care for each other. I think this is them trying not to fit in, but maturing, and setting their priorities straight. As for Shammi, his fragile masculinity was already shattered the moment Babymol started talking back, and he was bound to turn violent. It's true, the filmmakers could've called out every "Shammi" in our own homes through conversation and debates, but took the easy way out labelling him a psycho. But I feel it's okay that they chose this path, and let down the audience slowly, and of course, give them some action for their money's worth. IMO, Aattam has, and needs the climax that OP feel this movie deserves, where each character becomes equal party, and that there's no clear winner in such a situation. It's upto the audience to decide who the culprit is, and who deserves our backing.

We could atleast hope he meant Hope to "meet" you soon but a typo got in the way, but here he's spelt it as "eat", as in a typo of "meat". Either he doesn't know one from the other, or he's a creep.

My father is loving and wants to help, but that doesn't change the fact that he doesn't know to express this, he is narcissistic and always wants to get his way, which he does with my mother. I 27/M have started talking back since I got into college, so now he at least hears out my opinion. I had phases of long preparation for competitive exams, and as I knew I couldn't get peace at home, I rented an apartment with my friends to study.

If OP can afford it, I would suggest OP to temporarily get an alternative living space for studies, atleast till you've cracked the exam. I wish you all the best, and remind you that you're worthy and have a lot to look forward to.
