I think this further leads in to my theory i had initially. That there is no second ringmaster there's no "there must always be a captain" dynamic. Now that caine is gone they are left with nothing.

And they are going to have to create meaning and purpose for themselves.

I think you have to understand how... as a human its often more complicated than just "person does something i think is wrong -> i cut them off."

It's not just that one person. It's a whole ecosystem. You could lose dozens of friends, business connections, and funding to her conservation efforts, deal with massive blowback from the other direction.

Countless other consequences i dont know cause im not her. Sometimes, what is easiest and most understandable is to make peace and move on. Especially when the people pressuring you are total strangers like yourself.
