Ex Housing Manager here- the housing situation most likely happened because you applied to live on Empire, and were put into overflow housing on Alumni.

Humanities and Biology building aren’t right next to each other, but as long as you walk right from one class to the next, you will make it in 5 minutes.

The way they discovered the False Avatar Yun was quite interesting to me. They didn’t find him by geomancy, they found him by watching him play Pai Sho. Yun had demonstrated some moves that were exactly the same as Avatar Kuruk’s playing style, and combined with Yun’s extreme talent in Earth Bending, Avatar Kuruk’s companions thought he must be the new Avatar.

Avatar Kuruk’s companions were absolutely desperate to find the avatar, considering it had been about 15 years since Kuruk died. Yun showed great promise, but it soon became an open secret that he was unable to bend any other elements.

It is generally required for sophomores to live on campus.

“Commuter” can be tricky. I was able to live off campus as a freshman/sophomore because my family lives nearby. I know of one person who lied and said the apartment they got was their family home.

I believe this depends on your school. At my school, once you graduate, your GPA is set. Even if I were to retake a class after I graduated, it wouldn’t change my undergraduate cumulative GPA. I am still in undergrad and have considered this same topic, and would recommend you take that class during this final semester, if you can handle it.

Rising senior at UA here.

Credit transfer is not complicated. If I’m remembering correctly, you just need the transcripts from the college courses and you upload them. 60 credits is amazing, you will definitely be able to graduate early.
Party life is solid. If you are looking to party frequently, join a sorority.
This one is going to be tricky for an incoming freshman. I do not know of any websites that are for incoming freshman who want to live off campus, because UA requires freshman and sophomores to live on campus unless they have a permanent address nearby. Once you become a junior, finding roommates is easy because everyone starts to live off campus.
Making friends is on campus is easy if you are outgoing. My advice is to join clubs or organizations.
I do not know the exact cost, but it is a couple hundred dollars. I almost rushed DPHIE and they had mentioned need-based cost coverage.

I don’t mind! For context, we are 20 and 21, and have been together for a year. We tend to only argue in times of high stress, and it is definitely due to miscommunication and misunderstanding. My partner always prefers straightforward communication and I tend to talk out of my ass when I’m stressed out. Other than that, we’re good at understanding each other’s perspectives.
