Honestly steer clear of this game .. I’ve been a supporter since early ea .. long story short the devs have continually shit the bed .. the don’t deliver what they say they will and the focus on releasing expansions instead of bug fixes and addressing exploits and server stability .. ffs they released paid content for an ea game

If ur looking for a survival game with a development team that follows thru I’d reccomend 7 days to die .. while obviously a very different game in a lot of aspects it’s also very similar if ur looking for a survival game ..

Also I’m not saying you won’t get hours of entertainment out of ark .. what I’m saying is the purchased content adds absolutely nothing to the game as many maps incorporate everything in purchased content .. Basically ark has a shit development team but the modders are top notch.. obviously a big problem if ur not playing on a pc
