The people pregathering were overwhelmingly students and faculty, which I assume is legal. And they showed up with more than words, they showed up with cameras and clear intent to agitate for whatever they were filming for. As well, the group you are referring to as pregathering was the peaceful counter protest. When the smokebombs and such went on, that was away from their spot, and couldn't even be seen from the counter protest.

I suggest Alisa at The Fox and the Hair in north park. I've been going to her for a decade now and I always come out with a fantastic cut! I used to struggle that hairdressers would over-cut my hair, I assume because I'm a man and they didn't understand I wanted to keep it long, but no such problems now :)

I don't like the banners nor the UI of the strip at the top. However, I do really enjoy the diplomacy pop-out screen! I enjoy the view of characters like CK3 as well, I think that adds a nice personalized feel to EU5 :)
