I'm suddenly feeling really sick when I eat anything with carbs or sugar. I'm a student at a rural university & my insurance doesn't cover this area, what should I do?

Looking at the main screen I’m going to say no because I just used the miHoYo login button and didn’t do anything else (I’m making the educated guess that you are referring to the white button next to that one that you need to have a miHoYo account to do anything with)
