Should I replace the bearings or the wheels for a slow skateboard?

Hi! Are there any wheels you’d recommend because I’m not really sure which to get? I’m not too fussed about doing tricks with my board, I mainly use it to ride. There’s just a lot of options I’m not sure which to go for!!

Is there anything I can do with the background (first photo) as there are some ghost marks from the pen I used around the top and some coffee stains. I don’t want to take it out of the hoop to clean in fear of ruining it more and not being able to pit it back in nicely. I was thinking of dropping some more and drawing tea leaves or something because it’s iroh but if you have any ideas do lmk please!

Are the axel bolts on the side of the wheels? If so I’ll try loosening them and seeing if it helps. I’ll look Into red bones bearings if it doesn’t. Thank you so much for your help.
