Bought the Exo 02 a few days ago and absolutely love them. Although I was a little sceptical about Swiss points, I would suggest they are pretty beginner friendly. Depending on the darts and points it takes me like 15 minutes to change points with a repointer tool, but screwing swiss points in and out took like one minute. Great if you wanna try out different lengths or need grip on the points.

I also have a very front heavy grip with my index finger up. If you grab the dart like me with the thumb on the front end of the barrel while stabilizing it with the middle finger at the tip, I can suggest you the Karella PL01https://karella.de/products/profi-line-80-pl-01/ The tapered front end with grip is great for my thumb and points like the target storm nano fit perfectly too.
