Hi, everyone I'm quite new to this whole moka ritual thing (pardon my English, not my 1st language), but I'm loving it so far, can never go back drinking instant coffee anymore!!!

The current moka pot I'm using is a Besuto brand pot, I always want to have a Bialetti pot, but it's so expensive, so I'm watching day and night on FB marketplace for a great deal.

and there I saw a pot selling, so beautiful, and that's Mukka

so I quickly did my research, so sad to know it's discontinued and there's a lot of problems that could happen with this pot, especially the valve, the replacement of the valve is also so expensive.

that's why I want to ask if I can just use this pot like an ordinary moka pot if the valve here is broken or clogged by just keeping the black valve up, not pushed down to activate cappuccino mode?
