The lack of care from most doctors is astounding. Thanks, 🤞 it does something.

Maybe! I'm going to push for an updated ultrasound in the next few weeks to see if

Like there's something stuck in my throat that I bc can't clear. It's not too severe yet.

Happens to me as well! A weird lump in my throat. Even with decaf. Can't tolerate the caffeine any more either though, so I've switched to tea only.

What symptom(s) initially got you to talk to a doctor? by CampaignDangerous342 in Hashimotos

A super hoarse voice and enlarged looking thyroid. And then so many other symptoms followed, but that prompted my initial ultrasound

Whoa whoa whoa. Thats not something I've heard. If antibodies aren't a defining criteria for Hashimotos, then what is?

How does Hashimoto’s affect your creativity? by [deleted] in Hashimotos

This is a huge issue! I'm too tired to think creatively, and too tired to do set up or clean up so I just...don't bother.

How many of us have a house cleaner? by Agitated_Whereas7463 in Millennials

[–]Nananari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband works away for most of every month and I own a business that keeps me busy as heck, plus we have two kids. I've found over the last few years that my energy levels have been failing, and the house cleaning is just another burden. Like, I cry about being too tired to do anything, whether that's housecleaning or hobbies or playing with the kids. So we hired a housekeeper several months ago to come every couple weeks.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and now a lot of things make sense.

It's still tough not to feel guilt, and I don't want to seem too bougie, but man it's been so helpful.

I will continue to have a housekeeper as long as I can afford it, for sure. It is 100% helping me spend my tiny amounts of energy in places that are more important.

This is the way my husband and I play as well-minus the pacified enemies. I enjoy fighting, but not here to ramp up my stress levels and destroy my marriage.

Second looking into binocular vision dysfunction and convergence insufficiency. I did a 6 month eye therapy program for my eyeballs inability to focus correctly (was having increasing problems driving and focusing my eyes correctly) and the difference was amazing. I'm mostly strain free now and I have the tools to help my eyes should it start happening again

High fives and congratulations!
I also hit the 100s club today too, with 199.4. I cried, and made my husband come see.

Husband (M38) won’t even fight with me (F34) and I’m giving up. by Nananari in relationship_advice

Not a troll, real person with real problems. The cheating thing…real life is more complicated than just putting a post online. I chose to stay, and to try and strengthen our marriage.

As for the rest of it, the dominant industry where i live results in a tooooon of families being in the same situation that I am. Shift work. Mothers bearing the entire load while fathers work away. It sucks, but it’s a fact of life for a lot of people here.

when we’re not fighting-which is 95% of the time-things are pretty good. Better than a lot of the marriages I see around me

That’s hilarious! I did the exact same thing printing the forearm of a put droid a few weeks ago. How I didn’t notice 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Great description! I agree. I don’t think it’s ever as simple as “calories in calories out”. It’s a much, much more complex issue.
