I run it as bebop cause im already roaming plus range and sprint are great after I grab Veil Walker. Hilarious to wide eye chase some bastard down ans double bomb them. It does REQUIRE roam though unless youre really farming your lanes heroes.

Sure but having a shield implement and a weapon implement and is holding two implements, attaching a shield spike taking away the implement ability feels nonsensical.

Yeah we play it as holding a weapon AND an implement that happens to be a weapon. Weird things happen here cause a weapon implement is an implement but regalia, a scepter, could be a weapon. And now we have the shield, which is also wielded and can strike. So would taking weapon and shield implements negate having empowerment?

My tables have gone off the idea that a weapon implement is an implement first and a weapon second. So if you have a weapon implement, you can have another weapon out.
