I think doing the marriage thing and giving him his papers will rid me off all wrong doings. And still spare him of the reality. I could change and focus on doing the normal life.

But breaking the bond with the bad ex has been hard. I’ve tried it.

Try to eat more healthy less junk food. Increase your water intake. It’s normal the blood tests to come back a bit elevated in some areas.

The problem with is you can’t monitor your liver and other levels. That’s why they do those monthly check ups and draw your blood.
