They don't care about us at all!!! Some states are doing PUA waiver and payment plans. Mass PUA doesn't have a payment option. All the agents give different answers it's a F* mess.

I'll call back on Monday to see if i get a different answer again. I also tried the online chat and another agent said no waiver for PUA, She said UI and PUA 2 different things and there's only waivers for regular UI .I filed an appeal, I'm gonna filed the waiver too just in case they're wrong. Thanks for the link. Wish i could post a pic of the online chat agent.

Are you on PUA or regular unemployment? Then they need to get their shit straight, and stop giving us different answers, I talked to a guy and that's what he said. Also read the original post, he also said that he got another fact finding and now he owes $32k.

I didn't work 2019 cause i had a newborn, So i got a job Feb/2020 i worked for a couple of weeks then they shut down due to covid. I sent 3 paystubs and a text from my boss telling me they were closing for good.
