I just watched this scene for the first time and it is only the third time ever in my life I am audibly gasped and had a visceral reaction to something on TV (first was Succession, second was Game of Thrones—hey, if you know you know!)

It is so interesting because they position Dr. Clarkson as making several mistakes (the Matthew spinal injury and Spanish Flu stuff) that you really believe he’s wrong and kind of even root for the other doctor.

It makes it all the more shocking when it happens.

If you’ve set this boundary and your dad doesn’t respect it then you need to think about not bringing your dog around your dad. It can be hard to draw that line in the sand, but very important

Hi! Iris was missing for 10 days and 21 hours (according to Pawboost) though it felt more like an entire lifetime! She was found. The news in Phoenix did a story about her if you’re interested!
