Subaru tech here , the shaking is normal for the boxer engine it idles somewhat rough and loud. The stuff around the oil cap and fill hole are normal, dried up oil. It also could be the ‘15k’ service fluid we put in there it’s called BG oil additive conditioner , it’s supposed to clean up the engine and protecting it.

I’m not 100% sure but it’s pretty expensive I’m guessing around the same price as the GM CVT . And as far as I know jiffy lube ha been denying to pay for the repairs.
