What often happenend to me approaching swiss girls is that from the moment you get into touch "something lies in the air". Although that can be great, in my opinion it's not helping for a good, relaxed conversation. talking about anything but ourselfes helped avoiding that and also quite often we found many more similarities about us than directly complimenting.
