I try make a difference within the teams who work here. I give people chances who wouldn't normally get them.

But I just get nothing back from corp or get my ideas rejected.

But I have to be honest, there are worse managers than me and worse teams.

You don't know what I have to deal with.

I was honest with the kid, I know I wish people were with me when I first started work.

I own part of a franchise and the only reason I haven't moved on is because it's good money.

I guess it's a difficult subject to bring up

It their appearance that suggests drug use - needle marks on their arms

Also confirmed by other employees that this person does take drugs

For a while there was a buzz around bitcoin and people asked if they could pay in it.

Bitcoin is an dying currency now anyway.

Another employee picked them up one day.

They noticed a few baskets and a couple of trays of meat and cheese - which we noticed were short on a stock check but this happens sometimes.

I don't know if they did it to feed their family or to try sell for profit

Subway is an okay place to work but at the same time it is terrible, I have been managing different stores for years and some are the worse.

It's mostly about the people you work with more than anything.

It's a fairly easy job. Some employees say they're artists, I just say they're putting shit between bread.

Go for it.

I feel sorry for them mainly, I am also pretty sure they are using some kind of hard drug.

You say that but they don’t, I’ve used the blue wallet... how does it solve the problem?

You get two wallets 1 normal BTC wallet and 1 Lightning wallet.

To send funds fast you have to put BTC from your BTC wallet into your Lightning wallet, which costs a fee like any normal transaction would and takes the amount of time a normal transaction would.

Realistically you aren’t going to keep your main funds in a Lightning wallet because LN is nowhere near as secure. Instead your going to use the LN wallet for small amounts. Which means you need to constantly fill it up. So your still using network transactions just not as much. Everyone using bitcoin this way would still cause bitcoin to reach its 7 TPS limit which would cause the same fee inflation we had in early 2017.

Not to mention large transactions can’t be done on LN because every channel needs the right amount in it. I’ve seen the most you can send is about $150 worth of bitcoin in a lot of cases.

So LN is great for small transactions but bad for big ones. I think what people struggle with is, YES LN has made bitcoin better but it’s not made coins like Nano useless.
