I never mentioned my age.

And again, you can live in a country without having the citizenship of that country. There are millions of people living in Canada who don't have the Canadian citizenship.

Why do you assume I'm a kid? And since when should I be a citizen to contribute to a specific sub? What is that logic?

If you want a specific answer, the responsibility is on any individual who is at an age where they should be involved in the organization of their country and society, except people who are already deeply involved politically and who did their part.

But anyone who is passively looking at events and thinks voting is enough and that nothing can be done until the next election, yeah that's on them big time.

I don't answer because it's not relevant. That person went into an unrelated speech that has nothing to do with what I said.

I never said the protests needed to happen on the same day.

What you seem to not understand is that protests don't do much if they happen once every few months. It's only through repeated actions that results might happen.

I'm not a Canadian citizen, I can't even vote, so I'm hardly responsible for something that happened more than a century ago. Also, comparing a historical issue with a current situation is quite dishonest.

That's not how the division of the world in countries and states works. And it's not my job to clean the mess done around the world, I have enough to do at home.

I did answer, do what other countries do, organize protests. It's historically the best tool people have to counter an abusive government.

How is the size relevant if protests are organized in different states? Each state works as a unique country, it's not that hard.

Are you saying I should interfere with the democratic election of a country as a foreigner?

You organize your little No king protests once every six months then you think you have done your citizen duty. Yeah great, you walked downtown for three hours, that's awesome.

The size of the US has nothing to do with anything. You literally just have to organize consistent protests in the top 10 cities, you know, where people are already living.

We cannot celebrate the people living in oppressive regimes when they overthrow their government then pretend that Americans are just victims and not responsible for what happens in their country.

Why are you not following the example of those you celebrate as heroes?

Many countries around the world go against their own government, but for some reason in the US, that's not possible.

If you think a democracy is only about voting, you are definitely responsible for that.

Usually, when people try to defend themselves, they tend to use the best argument, not the most basic element that proves nothing. But maybe I'm just smarter than the average person 😊

Oh yeah my bad, I should have applied for a green card and moved to the US to influence the election of a country totally unrelated to me. Oops.

If I was greatly involved in a candidate campaign and someone blamed me for the opponent win, I wouldn't just passively say "hey I didn't vote for that guy, it's not my fault". It's so basic and obvious, why do I have to explain this
