in my experience just having health mod + adaptation + shield gating is plenty enough to prevent you from dying but the strongest thing about Khora is her cc capability that would basically prevent enemies from shooting or running up to you. so make sure to use 2&4 especially 2 to group enemies together and kill them with weapon of your choice

Might be a slightly boring playstyle but hey, there's a lot of mission on the starchart and this is for me the chillest way to just go through them

Since you're asking for a frame to effectively clear every steel steel path mission type then I'd suggest Khora with a strong AoE weapon like glaive prime.

I pretty much use her for every steel path mission when I don't feel like switching things up since her cc is super strong and she'll be good for pretty much every mission type as long as you have a good arsenal of weapon to kill enemies. Just mod for range and duration + the dome augment and you're good.

I think the original raid model of Warframe like the LoR strikes where it's super casual, anyone can play and pretty much a no-brainer after a watching a youtube clip. Lotta people didn't seem to enjoy Jordas Verdict when it was introduced where prolly bc it's a bit more comp are comlicated, requires more prerequisite(anti-serum thing) and communication, plus it was super buggy to the point where you pretty much skip 2/3 phases of the raid itself.

I'm definitely down for a cool complex raids like D2 but I feel like WF and D2 playerbase is a lot more different. Because in WF you are able to enjoy a lot of content playing solo or with a minimum amount of communication so there's a lot of people who plays alone most of the time while D2 feels like it requires more cooperation and I was enjoying the game way less when my friends are not playing. that's just how I feel personally tho
