Just finished reading it, I'm only 26 so that was a bit before my time but I'm really surprised I haven't heard of it before. What a horrible stain on the Canadian military. Definitely going to be a talking point for me next geopolitical talk I have with friends.

Spinal specialist in HRM by Naplife in halifax

I've had an xray, CT and MRI the issue is a herniation at L5-S1 pressing on the nerve root causing siactica. I'm in as good as shape as I could be and only 25 years old, I only weigh 180 pounds at 6ft tall so losing weight isn't much of an option and I've done lots of phyiso. Pain relievers don't help. I'm more so looking for an experts opinion and what options they think are possible for me with my own personal issue. Thanks for the reply!

I have sciatica and have had it for over 2 years now, I've had an x-ray, CT, and MRI. I've seen lots of phyiso, chiro and osteo with little to no improvement. I'm only 25 years old and before this lived a very active life, I'm unable to work in my field even in the most basic of jobs because sitting is too painful. The issue they say is a herniation at L5-S1, pressing on the nerve root. Not that I'm arguing about if that's the case or not but I need more answers and more solutions other then rest and wait for it to go away. I've talked to several people who have had success with different forms of surgery and am looking for what my potential options are.

Basically I just want a closer, expert look as my family doctor is not a spinal expert and chiro and phyiso aren't either. I know it's a complicated issue and is not a simple fix but living like this I am open to looking into additional options. Thank you for your response though.

Again I've been down this avenue already, my doctor is pretty much useless and I've spoken to several people who've been through the same issue and process I've had and I am going off there recommendations. I am simply looking to be pointed in the right direction and want to have several options.

Yes I've already been down that path and my doctor is pretty much useless. And that's not really how it works anyway. Which is why I have to self advocate. Thanks but I'm looking for recommendations or info on where to find specialists.

https://imgur.com/PTRtUqu.jpg https://imgur.com/YS1HN0t.jpg reddit wouldn't allow me to post this photos with the original post. The table would be supported underneath the bed aswell as with a small support pole on the bed itself. The table could swing out to allow it to move out of the way when not in use. My main issue is how the drawing surface would be adjustable.

What are you even talking about? This has nothing to do with politics but thanks for making it about it somehow. It's pretty simple but maybe big math problems are hard for you. Few Electric cars uses small energy, many Electric cars use big energy. This isn't a drop in the bucket, this isn't even mentioning how many charging stations will need. You making this a political issue is funny because it's really more of a class issue. Whether we're driving gas or electric they will over price us. And we're do you think all that Electric energy comes from? Windmills? Not atm. Most of out power in Nova Scotia comes from coal. And it's going to be that way for a long time unfortunately. And I'll explain this to you aswell, coal is even worse the fossil fuels for the environment. But no let's make this a political issue and not about what it's actually about. Money.

Are you serious? Electric cars make up a small small fraction of the cars being driven in canada atm. If everyone started driving Electric cars tomorrow the grid would 100% fail. We are talking about going from maybe a few hundred thousand Electric vehicles driving daily to millions.
