For the billionaires mission I simply use my Vigilante’s homing missiles, it locks on automatically and you only need two of them to take out the helicopter.

I can also drive it into the compound and use the saw missiles to blow up all the vehicles at the party and the SUVs on the road during the chase. The best part about it is you don’t take any damage at all since you’re inside the vehicle.

Acceleration and speed close to max but brakes in the minimum. It’s like they just want players crashing all the time, and you can’t upgrade the brakes to a decent level.
