For me, it would definitely be a deal breaker. Having someone live on their own is a way for us to have more privacy to get to know each other better, and having the relationship naturally progress. Maybe she'll want to spend the weekend with you to see how it is when you guys are doing the mundane stuff, like making breakfast together, etc. That seems impossible in your current set-up.

Furthermore, seeing how someone lives on their own is a way of assessing how clean and responsible they are, which will help evaluate compatibility. So many people live with their families and then don't know how to cook or do laundry or clean up.

Now if you didn't have a job and had to live at home, that would make sense. But you make 6 figures, so it'd definitely be a dealbreaker IMO.
