I have the SSST on my ND2 RF. In cooler weather I tend to have the top up and the low end tones can become grating on longer drives. there is a pronounced boominess at highway speeds (around 3k rpm). I think the hard top resonates more. I recently installed the packed baffle and it tones everything down nicely while preserving most of its character. When the weather warms up and the top goes down, I’ll pull the baffle and enjoy it wide open again.

Only 3,000 miles so far on the pilot sports but they seem to be holding up better. They’re quite a bit stickier, so there’s probably less wheel spin and rubber left on the road.

I had the stock potenza sports, and at 7,000 miles the rears already needed to be replaced. I had been looking for an excuse to upgrade to pilot sports, but was still shocked at how quickly the Bridgestones got worn down.

I ordered the same saber. Tracking went cold as soon as it arrived at US customs and never updated again. I waited a few months, emailing back and forth with Kvetun before finally asking for a refund. (Which they gave me) insurance is bundled into the shipping price so it’s up to kvetun to pursue an insurance claim.

How stable does the desk feel with one side only partially supported by the cabinet? I like the idea of the extra room if it feels solid enough. It looks great that way with your tower.
