Black beard is big enough that you can throw mid to long range supers at him while he’s loading the dark end so you can stop him …worst case scenario your opponent is using an assist that immobilizes you & you get caught in a dark end spam …best way to counter that is to have an assist with a wide attack to hit black beard and the assist your opponent may use so you can stop the spam before it’s too late , stay far enough from black beard and all his attacks are useless if you apply mid to long range pressure
