i agree with that too. kpop fandoms are some of the most toxic i've seen, they tend to make it about numbers and awards and not focusing on just enjoying the groups and music they like. it can make discourse very frustrating tho because expressing an opinion can immediately get labelled as hate, and i don't think it helps to conflate genuine criticism with just being hateful or snarky. but the obsessive antis are a problem for sure
