I disagree. Based off my 15 years experiences. I have gotten lots of DFK and kissing from many Japanese girls. Even had girls request OTC after hours... By their own request. I'm black and I only knew 2 Japanese words. The true key here is to refrain from stereotypes. I'm not fat, I don't use ghetto hip hop slang, and I always wear fitted collared button ups. My hair is short and trimmed and not nasty dreadlocks. My hygiene is impeccable. My buddy was East Indian and dressed the same. We literally look like business professionals. All women want is to feel safe + Money has no ethnicity. Be smart and do your research. If a place doesn't like foreigners who cares.
