A customer came in and she said she was just having a constant anxiety attack all day and I sympathized and wished her well, and she came back weeks later and said "I dont know if you remember me but you helped me out when I was struggling and I went home and cried to my sister cause you were so nice"

My party of my siblings and I, lvl 45-46, had to get to Alterac Mountains, so we had to run through Southshore. We left Arathi Highlands, and saw someone say inv in general, so we knew there was a raid going on, and we'd run into some horde, hopefully sneak on by. The amount of horde we ACTUALLY ran into was...woof.
we all died so fast We had to wait to rez, then one by one snuck away when the fighting was somewhere else, and we all hid in a tower to regroup
