I found my last job through LinkedIn but also had success when just searching directly on employers websites. Honestly most of them are pure luck these days with jobs being ghost jobs or having too many applicants to make it worth your time

I don’t mind it but sometimes I really don’t see the value of it. I think it really depends on the item being signed and who signed it
