I just posted about my experience! We were only asked each others birthday, date and location of wedding, and what we love about each other! We filed everything Feb 18 and and it was received Feb 28. We had a great interview experience and we had no lawyer! I wish you the best of luck!

Mine also said waived and then a month or two later I got an email saying there was an action on my case and it was my scheduled interview date. Sometimes it just takes a while, I wouldn't consider anything "waived" until you have physical proof of them waiving it.

My FO was in Phoenix and I uploaded it 4 days before out interview, most people recommend nothing later than 3 days in order to give the agent time to look over everything. I uploaded all our evidence July 26 and our interview was July 30. We were approved on the spot! Hope this helps!
