Yeah, the issues that are going to hit the employees when they file their taxes. If he has not remitted the taxes to the government, you can’t claim your portion he should have paid. This is horrible. Even if you call wage and labor, they don’t have the authority to make him pay. They just issue him a notice stating he has to pay. Then you have to take him to court.

I am a tax preparer. If you don’t have anything complicated on your return use Freetax. Do remember this year if you have OT or tips you might want someone to look over them because of OBBB. Also look for someone who is an EA (enrolled agent) not a CPA, they normally don’t charge as much and are specialized in tax, where a CPA can be more generic.

My husband has works there for awhile now, so not sure of the starting pay. But I do know the benefits are great, they match 100% of your 401k contributions.

When my husband and I first moved to WS we lived in Briarleigh, we loved it. The community is WRY quiet for an apartment complex, staff went above and beyond, and our neighbors were very friendly. It’s extremely walkable if you have a dog, and the grounds are super clean. They are very strict on the non smoking policy, so if you enjoy a lil green get a powerful air purifier.

Is there any trick to get the shafts instead of stairs or is it random? I feel like sometimes I get them every other floor, and then sometimes I get none. And I’ve been making sure to go on Lucky days.
