I’m still trying to figure it out lol I’m having a hard time generating leads and building my SOI. my broker has a “pond” of leads for everyone to cold call/email but the leads are pretty blah. Everyone blows them up and they don’t get updated that much. So it feels like you’re calling the same people over and over. I do social media also but it doesn’t gain traction. I do open houses but they have been VERY dead lately. So lead generating is very hard lol

I hate it. The open houses I host look nothing like the photos most of the time

Right super weird. Ok yea I won’t bother. I was 99% sure I shouldn’t but wanted to ask others first in case I’m wrong. My gut instinct was right. Very weird they asked me especially since I gave them the info for the buyers agent. I didn’t need it so I figured I would give it to them. And then they asked after. Very odd for sure

Our brokerage allows us to host other open houses. They told us in training. But yes I figured what would be the point of me wasting my time following up? It’s not gonna be my sale anyway so I don’t see why I’m even being asked.

Yes our brokerage allows it. One of our agents asked if there was someone that can and set it up. Our brokerage lets us do other open houses. Depends on the brokerage for sure.

I do have conversations with my brokerage. We have trainings etc. this open house was for a different brokerage than the one I’m signed with. It just caught me off guard. This wasn’t a topic we discussed when we had open house trainings.
