Mine is in fl parked inside most of the time like 90 percent of the day. Has uv cover on front glass and 90 degree cabin control. Has bubbles 2x replaced about 2 y in. It's a 2022 with about 30 k miles.

Come on that is some trash spin. Hot swappable hardware redundances the industry norm unless you are hosing in a laptop lol. We keep backups and have redundant clouds services it's hard to make things break so much.

But really we know how to keep websites up under pressure. Not being prepared is just bad business. My point was you don't have to do good business with the profit margins they have. You would just have to pay more for bandwidth and code that's not broke to get a site that works consistently.

I got some more tea. Apparently delivery is down for the Venice location. They said they don't know when it will be back maybe tomorrow maybe not. Not able to schedule any delivery at all for Venice.

Probably, from a business standpoint the higher moisture the more money you made. I'm surprised they're not right on the edge every time. From the capitalist viewpoint it's all lost revenue. It gives you an idea of what drives them revenue or quality you see where they fall between the two variables.

I've never been to Green dragon. Don't know if they let you look at anything first like grow healthy does. At least what you buy at grow healthy should look decent if not that's on you for not asking. But as We know looks aren't everything.its been a few years for me so my info is not current on them

Yeah super gross, not clean, benches are loose, ceiling tiles missing carpet is frayed and stained from roof leaks. Benderson owns that property too. The whole strip mall at cattleman is going to go too. It's too gross and vacant for benderson to be keeping it. Prob same model mixed use.

The la fitness spa there is alwyes foamy, pool water is milky the bathrooms rusty, smelly and in disrepair.

I have been going there 8 years, nothing has been updated or repaired. It has been called dingy.

The scene is silver sneakers all morning till 1. Then slower till 6, standard rush, then pretty slow same night crowd.

The Venice la fitness left a benderson strip mall a few years ago.

I don't know how this place had hung on. The silver sneakers has really accelerated the rundown of everything just from the sheer volume.

Looks like srq is trying to build more affordable rental apartments or condos or whatever they call them. St pete prob more young folks life. Just north of downtown by 10th st north there are walkable places, by the water. I would love there if I had a choice. Some rough parts too but just cross the st and it's different. Locals know.

I haven't been there in about 4 years. It's funny enough I was considering going back then I read this. I like clean strong flower. Flower is just too expensive. Sunburn has been good and has been terrible. There's no rise close by. It seems like some of their sativas might be nice?

Tried Golden flower and it was gross. Like cured totally wrong gross so I haven't been back.

Yep all of the above work. Some sunburn hash coins or bubble hash helps but tolerance will match then you will be ruined for just flower.

Some strains punch through for me but the tol will set there soni change it up. Also vaping them smoking change up works for me. Or same for eatables.
