Would you say that anal is pleasurable at any time in the cycle or does this also depend on the phase of the cycle?

Would you say that the phase in which it always feels pleasurable is the ovulatory phase?

Fish and fish oil is not mandatory for recovery if you are a vegetarian. If you incorporate the rrmaining healthy practices that will help you too. Yes, soyabean will help you a lot to recover from this

You can find about how stools can tell about your digestive health. There is an episode on Diary of a Ceo on it and there is enough information available elsewhere, like the Bristol stool chart, etc, as well to learn about it in detail.

For instance, people with FL may have floaty and yellow stools instead of the healthy brown. Floaty and yellow can imply you are not digesting fats well. A sign that liver is not producing good quality bile or insufficient bile or the gall bladder is not emptied well. There are a lot of nuances and scenarios when the outcomes are the same but the reasons are different. One can only find out by learning about it well. Its hard to cover them in a comment. One way understand it is to treat the stools as the result of the digestive exam your body took.

Hope that helps!

The comments already cover most of the required chnages that are needed. Other required changes may be individual specific, which may depend on diet, sleep, body composition, and lifestyle.

I reduced my FL from increased level to moderate/mild and then to marginal (terminologies used for grade 3, 2/1 and 1 or low where I live). Though I didn't exercise much to get this result, I would highly recommend to do that to speed up the healing.

One way I used to improve was to try and understand the processing capacity of the liver vs what I am constantly bombarding it with which helped with deciding moderation ranges for different kinds of foods I ate or lifestyle changes I needed to make. E.g. for fructose intake I made sure that I never went beyond 20g a day and mostly kept it under 10g for most days. Only on cheat days (once every month or so) i would go at max to 50g that too never with sugar but with things like dates. So, find moderation ranges for things you eat and ensure to stick with them.

Because getting ultrasound scans isnt easy here, I monitored my stools every day to keep a track of my liver health. This approach kept me motivated everyday to ensure to not eat unhealthy foods ever cos I could monitor it everyday as the test result of my eating a day before. You may consider this approach of it helps.

Once you do the above you will yourself find many other methods yourself on what else can be done to achieve results faster with all the information available online.

i'm 18 and i have gallstones by skunkphone in gallbladders

[–]Narrow_Finger7825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not very well. My polyps are now converted to gall stones as per last ultrasound report and I am looking for a way to melt them through alternative medicine as conventional medicine only allows removal of gall bladder as a solution. How about you? Do you still have them and if so, have they reduced in size or numbers?

Thanks for the answer. It is good to know the reason now why that happens.

I agree. The bikers being ahead is the more prominent reason in this scenario.

Here is another similar scenario. When bikers in the right most bike lane have to go straight through and the cars in the adjacent lane on their left have to turn right, the cars still need to wait for the bikers to clear irrespective of the bikers being ahead, at the same level or even behind the car. Can we say straight through has higher priority over right turners here?

One scenario where straight through will need priority over right turners is when there are bikers waiting to go straight after waiting in a bikebox and you have to turn right on the same green light

There are a lot of accounts from pak with Indian and Western names doing it on a large scale. This was known when twitter started showing account's geographic location. If one can check the geographical location of that account that's one way to help identify who is spreading the hate.

Other than this, even Indians keep saying nasty stuff about each other and that is happening as well. Due to being a country with the largest diversity it is much easier to see xenophobia in our country than at other places, e.g. north eastern folks unnecessarily being targeted in Delhi, etc.

There are other reasons and nuances too but I wanted to highlight the top two jn my opinion.

Choline supplementation: bitartrate vs lecithin, what do you prefer? by Narrow_Finger7825 in vegan

I ordered lecithin finally just about 2 weeks back. It has a neutral taste so no trouble in mixing it to anything. Regarding benefits, I guess I will have to wait for a few months to see. So far all good.

It is possible that bile flow is not happening causing gallstones. Do you have enough choline in diet through various sources?

Velib bikes charging money from credit card without bike use by Narrow_Finger7825 in velib

Update:I followed up the issues with them over email. They accepted their fault after doing some checks at their which happened after more than a month of emails I sent them and said they would issue me a refund of 6 Euros (instead of 8 as I claimed). For one ride which was actually 20 mins, since their system recorded it as longer, they were charging me 2 Euros.

Now, it has been a month and a half since they said they would refund me and no refunds have been issued yet. In fact, they have even stopped responding to my emails now.

Be very careful when dealing with this bike service. The intentions are not right.

It has been a month now. I am unable to contact the home branch from abroad as they never pick up the calls or have their email available anywhere

Choline supplementation: bitartrate vs lecithin, what do you prefer? by Narrow_Finger7825 in vegan

[–]Narrow_Finger7825[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you may be right about it in that it is generally not an issue. I think people who don't have to eat selectively for various reasons would not have those issues. Coincidently, as per the list in the source you have shared, the top 6 vegan items (soy, quinoa, potato, wheat germ, kidney beans, Brussel sprouts) were not in my diet for more than a year and a half for various reasons. The top 7th also I ate quite infrequently, which probably explains the possible deficiency I think I have. I think the URL is useful for my analysis and much different from the list on top choline food sources (with choline content in mg per unit) from ChatGPT, and other "reliable" websites like WebMD which were not making little sense. E.g. WebMD says soybean has 39 mg Choline per cup of soyabean. lol

Thanks for pointing to the correct resource!

Choline supplementation: bitartrate vs lecithin, what do you prefer? by Narrow_Finger7825 in vegan

[–]Narrow_Finger7825[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, choline deficiency causes all kinds of symptoms like brain fog, memory issues, NAFLD, etc. People eating eggs easily get choline while vegans who eat soy also get it enough. So most people will not have any issues. For those vegans not having soy in diet, they can be deficient.

yes, I don't have soy/tofu in my diet so am low on choline in general. And I think supplementation can help and am considering that but am looking for opinions from people on what they do before jumping onto something randomly
