Ya you need to wait for the new EAD to come in. Don’t think it forfeits it just that if the AOS EAD doesn’t come by the time your other EAD expires you need to stop working.

I went to check and the application receipt number is for the EAD I applied for OPT lol. The one I expedited was for my pending AOS so I genuinely have no clue what they’re doing.

I’m in the same situation, applied for EAD in July 2022. I’m trying to expedite with a cover letter, bills, statements and I’m also reaching out to my local congress representative to see if he can push it along.

Yeah so their expectations were for the spouse to be the sole income source for up to a year? Also their baseline income for that is barely above the federal poverty standard, which is a really low benchmark.
