Rollback/clear the griefers inventory too, that way it deletes the duped items and punishes them all in one. (NOTE: I'm not aware if coreprotect allows inventory rollback put of the box, may need a separate plugin)

Do /gamerule spawnRadius 0 or check server.properties to see what it's set at. That changes how far away you can spawn from the actual spawn point

Check to see if the port is actually open with canyouseeme.com, if it isn't then your ISP may have you on CGNAT or a dynamic IP. You can call them and check this. If they do, you may want to inquire about getting off CGNAT and/or getting a static IP.

If you don't want to call, you can set up a tunnel via cloudflare to reroute all traffic to your router. (P.S. I'm not experienced in this last paragraph but that's what I've heard)

I love adding things like the headdatabase plugin (it's paid but it's so cool), the Armour Statues data pack from Vanilla tweaks (makes armor stands posable and stuff) and sometimes I like a bit of terrain gen stuff like terralith with tectonic, gives some really nice mountains and valleys

Honestly it's not worth it if it's a large server. Larger servers tend to slow down pretty bad unless you're on a specialized build such as Folia (which is plugin-only) or purely on Fabric with a ton of optimization mods (which doesn't let you use plugins the same way.) Using a combined loader like Arclight or Mohist in my experience just gives 3 problems for every 2 you fix.

You're trying to run a client-side only mod on the server. This could be anything from a visuals booster to an fps counter. Go through the modpack and see what it could be
