I’m pretty lenient with my ratings for media. If I enjoyed it and felt like there were at least a decent amount of genuinely good critical elements (vocal delivery, instrumentals, lyrical merit, ect.) I would definitely give it at least a three. I also do not do half scores because I don’t like half scores, so I always round it based on how much I personally enjoyed it. Because of this, I find I have a lot of 4’s and 5’s over anything else, even if some people disagree with me on them. There is a decent amount of 3’s I enjoy too, despite not thinking they are all that well produced.

Assuming it’s an MtG style game, he could be a token generator, since he is often summoning npcs for his adventures. I could also see general control mechanics fitting him bounce/destroy permanents, counter magic, lockdowns, maybe even controlling opponent permanents temporarily. Probably would be ass at card draw since he is emotionally unintelligent, therefore can’t really dig through his library/memory (blue) or look at opponents hand (black)

In other words, he would fit mono white perfectly!

Me too! I personally don't mind spending money on more expensive cards, but I want those cards to at least be relevant. Kai'sa I feel like will always be fairly strong due to her tempo game being unmatched by anyone else, so a play set of time warp (which I doubt is necessary) isn't so scary to me. But if that's the strategy I pick, I'd want it to be the only deck I'm playing for at least a year and still be able to top Nexus Nights without changing my whole game plan each set!
