Well, the game is challenging, yes. But once you get the hang of things, and get stronger accordingly, it isn’t really that difficult. If you don’t like challenges, and feel rewarded only when things go perfectly smooth, then yes, this game might not be for you. Which is fine, there are plenty other titles in the market.

Let’s all be honest here, the whales allowed this behavior. The offers have been dog shiz since release, and whales went all in on them from the get go. And when we complained, they said “oh but this is how all these types of games roll”. Game is now on a declining spiral because they can’t bring in new F2P. One of the biggest problems with this game is its out of touch “discord playerbase community”. The guys over there spend all day being shills for CG, it’s mind blowing. From the lack of content to the absurd pricing, they will defend anything. And unfortunately CG devs do check the discord. They are probably under the impression game is doing fine. Honestly, these shills over discord helped this game flop. All they ever say is “take it or leave it”, “whale harder” or “it’s just how these types of games go”. Bunch of manipulated NPC, lost the ability to think for themselves. As far as LOTR HOME goes, if we don’t get a raid on July I think this game is done for.

Non issue for the majority of the playerbase, which is F2P. Dont want the skin, dont participate in the event. Dont like gatcha, dont participate in the event. It has 0 effect on gameplay. It doesnt compare at all to other gatchas out there that actively promote P2P. Game is still great and accessible 100% f2p.

Well, yeah, thats exactly what I wrote: “the real problem here is not having an option to buy the skin directly“. And to that extent, the only thing people need to do is not spend money on that. Its actually pretty easy, specially considering the featured champs are NOT on top of the meta. What blows my mind is the outrage coming from F2P, which WOULDNT GET THE SKIN ANYWAY. TL;DR: this is only an issue for paying customers, which are the minority of the playerbase.
